4. What Are Your Rights as a Personal Data Subject?
"In order to exercise your rights under the KVKK, you have the right to contact us by specifying your request in writing via registered letter with return receipt, in person, or through a notary public, or by using a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or your electronic mail address previously notified to us and registered in our system, if any, to: a) learn whether your personal data is processed, b) request information if it has been processed, c) learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, d) request correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, e) request deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK, f) request notification of the operations carried out pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) above to third parties to whom it has been transferred, g) object to the occurrence of a result against you by analysing it exclusively through automated systems, h) demand compensation for damages in the event that you suffer damage due to unlawful processing."

If your application results from an error on our part, the fee will be refunded to you.
On the other hand, in the event that your processed personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed, you can make the necessary changes, updates, and deletion procedures by accessing your account from the "My Information" section of our relevant websites. If you delete your account in this manner, novel.com.tr reserves its rights regarding its obligations to retain your personal data processed in accordance with the KVKK for the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation and laws.
Within this scope, it is first determined whether a specific period is stipulated in the relevant legislation for the retention of the personal data subject to processing. If a statutory period has been established, this period is complied with. If no statutory period is stipulated, your personal data is deleted or destroyed due to the expiration of the processing purpose, unless there is a legal ground requiring its retention for a longer period.
