Scope Suited to Your Facility
Natural gas infrastructure is not uniform. We combine suitable survey methods for main distribution lines, stations, and in-plant connections. We define inspection boundaries at the outset and deliver findings with records ready for your maintenance team to use.
Joint planning of mobile vehicle-based and walking surveys for road routes, underground lines, service boxes, and stations.
Remote screening and pinpoint inspection across regulators, valves, flanges, gas lines, and connection points.
Field work aligned with the operational schedule for technical areas, boiler rooms, and other natural gas consumption points.
Complementary Methods

RMLD-CS and TGES LaserMethane SMART are used to remotely inspect methane accumulations within a suitable line of sight. Difficult-to-access points can be incorporated into the field plan.
Detection distance and coverage depend on instrument model, target surface, visibility, back-reflection, and ambient conditions.

HEATH DP-IRmeasures gas samples drawn via probe using an optical infrared system. It is deployed in vehicle-mounted or walking surveys using appropriate attachments.
Areas inaccessible by vehicle are completed using appropriate walking methods. The DP-IR is not a remote laser-based measuring instrument.

New Cosmos XP-3300 series Suspect connections and areas are pinpoint-checked using application-appropriate handheld instruments such as.
Sensor and measuring range are selected according to gas type. ppm·m in remote methane detection is not the same physical quantity as pinpoint ppm or leak flow rate.
Planning · Field · Report · Follow-up
Existing plans, line routes, site boundaries, access conditions, and the work schedule are clarified jointly.
Appropriate instruments and methods are selected; surveying is carried out across designated areas under the facility's escorts and work permits.
Suspect points are verified using appropriate methods, geo-referenced/tagged, and notified to the facility authority.
Findings are reported with records. Post-repair inspection and the next periodic cycle can be scheduled separately.
Deliverable details are established at the proposal stage based on site requirements and logging systems. Customer-specific measurement reports are not published on this page.
Your maintenance team can track which points require attention directly from the records. Scheduled surveys support investigations into potential gas losses, prioritization of maintenance tasks, and efforts to reduce methane emissions.
Service procurement is an option allowing you to evaluate your needs without having to invest in dedicated survey instruments and specialist personnel for each site.
Define the Scope for Your Facility ↗Periodic Inspection and Regulations
Natural Gas Market Distribution and Customer Services Regulation Article 60 of thestipulates for distribution companies leak control and recording of results at least twice a year. The relevant provision was enacted in this form by the amendment dated 14 May 2022.
An OIZ's distribution operations and an internal installation of a factory or hotel are not assessed within the same scope. A periodic programme is established in accordance with your facility's operational responsibility, relevant regulations, distribution licensee requirements, and risk assessments.

We operate across Türkiye for organised industrial zones, manufacturing plants, industrial processing facilities, hotels, and commercial establishments with natural gas pipelines. The distribution network, internal pipework, and station scopes are defined individually prior to proposal preparation.
For distribution companies, Article 60 of the Regulation defines a requirement for leak inspection and record-keeping at least twice a year. OIZ distribution operations and facility internal pipework are evaluated according to their own regulations, operational responsibilities, and technical requirements. This provision does not automatically imply the same interval for all manufacturing plants and hotels; programmes are scheduled based on the facility's obligations and risk assessment.
The RMLD-CS and TGES LaserMethane SMART detect methane remotely using laser technology under suitable line-of-sight and back-reflection conditions. The DP-IR, on the other hand, measures gas samples drawn via a probe within an internal optical infrared system; it is used in walking or vehicle-mounted surveys. The methods complement each other and are selected based on site conditions.
The work plan is prepared according to the facility's access and work permits. Uninterrupted operations cannot be guaranteed without evaluating line accessibility, hazardous area conditions, and operating procedures. Necessary access, escort, and planned shutdown requirements are clarified during the preliminary site assessment.
For the agreed scope, the survey period, inspected areas, methods deployed, and field findings are reported. Identified points are addressed with photographs and location/facility references. In vehicle-mounted operations, route and measurement logs can be added to the report using an appropriate recording system; the scope of delivery is determined at the quotation stage.
Suspect findings are verified at pinpoint level using appropriate instrumentation and notified to the facility authority. Repairs and operational interventions are carried out by the relevant authorized teams. Re-surveying post-repair is scheduled separately; the survey report does not constitute a guarantee that leaks will not occur in the future.
The province where the facility is located, pipeline type and approximate length, station/inspection points, access conditions, existing plans, and requested schedule provide an adequate starting point. A one-off baseline assessment and periodic service scope can be evaluated together.
