About Us
NOVEL commenced operations in Istanbul in 1996 to transfer the extensive experience and knowledge acquired by our founder, Erol Polat, through engineering services into industrial fields.
NOVEL imports and sells gas alarm and measurement detectors, occupational health and safety measuring instruments, environmental and workplace atmosphere measurement devices, and safety monitoring systems from world-renowned technology manufacturers, primarily based in Japan and the USA, providing comprehensive after-sales training and technical support. In addition, cleanroom technologies, bearing oil analysis instruments, and oxygen analysers are also within our scope of activities.
One of NOVEL's primary fields of activity is the marketing, sales, and after-sales service of Japan-based "AIPHONE" Intercom and Communication Systems products. AIPHONE's extensive product range extends from basic door entry systems to highly advanced industrial equipment such as IP-based intercoms. The "AIPHONE" brand represents prime examples of the advanced Japanese technology we proudly represent.
Alongside instrument supply, NOVEL provides natural gas leak survey services across industrial plants and Organised Industrial Zones with its experienced technical personnel. Furthermore, calibration of supplied gas measurement instruments is performed by the TSE-approved Novel Technical Service.
Our Mission
NOVEL is committed to continuously enhancing the quality of service provided to its partners, delivering and implementing the fastest solutions without compromising on this quality.
Our Vision
With an innovative approach open to development, to monitor the latest technological advancements and share them with our solution partners, create value in our fields of activity, and contribute to the development of our country.
