Aiphone IMU-100 Cashier, Counter, and Ticket Window Communication System
The Aiphone IM series provides voice communication between staff and visitors at service counters and ticket windows separated by glass partitions. The IMU-100 control and operation unit forms a system with compatible microphone and acoustic speaker units.

System Selection and Application
Facilitates communication between staff and visitors at bank counters, ticket booths, and glass-partitioned service desks. The acoustic tube and noise-cancelling microphone approach enables communication without drilling holes in the glass; microphone, customer detection, and waiting area announcement options are assessed based on the installation.
