CLEAN-PROTECT is a specialized emergency dry bed absorber engineered to mitigate hazardous gases during uncontrollable cylinder leaks in chemical, pharmaceutical, and semiconductor facilities. Designed for high air extract flow rates, it accommodates protection for multiple gas supply cabinets simultaneously. The chemical media delivers scrubbing capacity sufficient for an entire gas cylinder while maintaining a low pressure drop. The absorption reaction operates passively without consuming electrical power or external utility resources. Under regular operation, absorber bed replacement is only required every 5 years. It handles diverse toxic, corrosive, and flammable gases such as AsH3, Cl2, NH3, PH3, and HF, providing continuous, virtually maintenance-free protection.
