CLEANVENT
Point-of-origin abatement directly within gas cabinets or specialty gas manifolds
CLEANVENT is a gas purge cartridge applied before a new gas cylinder is commissioned within gas cabinets or specialty gas manifolds. It removes residual, highly concentrated, toxic, pyrophoric, or corrosive process gases remaining from the previous cylinder. The cartridge irreversibly converts hazardous gases into stable solid byproducts at room temperature without requiring heat or chemical reagents for the scrubbing process. It treats residual exhaust directly at the point of origin within the cabinet or manifold. Compatible media is available for over 100 different gases and organometallic precursors, with spent units supported by refill and maintenance services through a worldwide partner network.

Configuration and Selection
The absorber reaction operates passively; controls, fans and auxiliary equipment may require utilities. Capacity, media selection, replacement intervals and safety options depend on gas composition, concentration, flow and system configuration. Confirm the selected configuration with NOVEL and the manufacturer.
