CLEANSORB LABLINE

Passive ambient chemisorption in a ventilated cabinet without startup procedures between runs

CLEANSORB LABLINE
CLEANSORB LABLINE · CS CLEAN SOLUTIONS

CLEANSORB LABLINE consists of a small absorber column housed within a compact, ventilated cabinet designed for laboratory and R&D environments. Its chemical chemisorption takes place passively at ambient temperature, eliminating the need to restart the unit before each experiment. The chemisorbent media provides broad selectivity for diverse gases and liquid precursors, ranging from corrosive or toxic species to organometallic complexes. With negligible installation costs and long column life, it offers a low cost of ownership. In addition to experimental exhaust abatement, LABLINE can treat combined vent purge gases originating from several gas cabinets. It features front panel parameter monitoring, volt-free contacts, and a digital interface.

Technical Features

Passive ambient chemisorption in a ventilated cabinet without startup procedures between runs

The absorber reaction operates passively; controls, fans and auxiliary equipment may require utilities. Capacity, media selection, replacement intervals and safety options depend on gas composition, concentration, flow and system configuration. Confirm the selected configuration with NOVEL and the manufacturer.

Broad media selectivity for toxic species, corrosive gases, and liquid organometallic precursors

The absorber reaction operates passively; controls, fans and auxiliary equipment may require utilities. Capacity, media selection, replacement intervals and safety options depend on gas composition, concentration, flow and system configuration. Confirm the selected configuration with NOVEL and the manufacturer.

Front panel parameter display, volt-free contacts, and integrated digital signal interface
