Product Specifications
  • Very simple to use; touching the detector tip to the target area is sufficient.

  • As soon as voltage is present in the detection zone, it emits an audible alert and the LED light starts to flash.

  • Equipped with two distinct LED lights indicating high voltage and low voltage. Low voltage on the control system or high voltage on the power system is signalled by different LEDs.

  • Safe against short circuits with its lead earthing cable and probe. Space-saving thanks to the coiled structure of the earthing cable.

  • Lightweight and compact structure. Can be carried in a pocket, tool pouch, etc.

  • When the instrument is not in use, the detector tip is protected with its sliding cover.

  • Designed to detect electrical irregularities such as battery voltage checks, leakage checks on metal parts and chassis, etc.

    Electrical Safety and Operational Approach

Measurement on EV high-voltage systems must be performed solely in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer's safe isolation procedure and by authorised personnel. The DC operating range of the instrument, test point, and system architecture must be verified prior to the procedure.

The HEV-750D is an electrical safety tool; it does not establish safe working conditions on its own. Isolation of energy, waiting time, verification of residual energy, and appropriate PPE are complementary parts of the procedure.
