Wireless modular measurement, simultaneous data logging and smart reporting

Combine gas, particulate and ambient data in a single survey
TSI OmniTrakis a modular system developed to collect air quality and environmental data simultaneously across different measurement locations. Smart Stationis a handheld unit that connects wireless sensor modules, displays results on a touchscreen, and manages measurement surveys.
With selected modules, PM, VOCs, CO₂, temperature, humidity, pressure, and various gases can be monitored. The system is used in occupational hygiene investigations, ventilation assessments, and indoor air quality studies; TSI Link and Report Creator support data analysis and reporting.
| System structure | Touchscreen Smart Station and selected sensor modules; up to 10 modules on the same station. |
|---|---|
| Communication and data transfer | Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to modules; Wi-Fi to cloud; CSV export to PC via USB. BLE range depends on the environment. |
| Power supply | Rechargeable battery in Smart Station and modules; 5 V DC, 10 W charging supply via USB-C. |
| Operating conditions | 5–40 °C; 0–95% RH, non-condensing environment. Operating limits differ from sensor measurement ranges. |
| Particulate measurement (applicable PM modules) | PM1 / PM2.5 / PM4 / PM10: 0–1,000 µg/m³. Particle number concentration: 0–3,000 particles/cm³; 5 channels in the 0.3–10 µm size range. |
|---|---|
| Core module: CO₂ and ambient conditions | CO₂: 400–10,000 ppm; typically ±(3% of reading + 30 ppm). Temperature: 0–60 °C, ±0.5 °C; humidity: 5–95% RH, ±5% RH; pressure: 260–1,260 hPa. |
| VOC options | Core VOC-EC: 0–10,000 ppb. Separate 10.6 eV PID modules: 0–20,000 ppb or 0–2,000 ppm; technology and range depend on the module. |
| Gas module options | Depending on selection: CO, NH₃, Cl₂, HCHO, or O₃. The measurement range, accuracy, and response time for each gas depend on the respective module. |
The Smart Station is not a gas or particulate sensor on its own; the measurement suite depends on the selected modules. PM4 and PM10 values are calculated from the measured particle size distribution. Detailed accuracy conditions and logging options are provided in the technical documentation.
Surveys are initiated via the Smart Station; results can be reviewed on the instrument and exported to PC as CSV. With appropriate Wi-Fi and service configuration, data is uploaded to the TSI Link cloud. The Excel-based Report Creator simplifies converting tables, charts, and comparisons into reports. Logging behaviour depends on the module, survey type, and firmware version.
Can be used for investigating gas, dust, and aerosol sources in workplaces; IAQ assessments in schools, offices, and healthcare facilities; and evaluating ventilation efficiency and air cleaner performance. Data gathered from multiple locations allows the location and timing of changes to be analysed simultaneously.
The Smart Station is a handheld unit that displays measurements from sensor modules and manages surveys. Modules suitable for requirements are selected for measuring gas, PM, VOC, or environmental parameters.
Up to 10 wireless modules can be connected to a single Smart Station. Modules can be deployed at different measurement points; connection coverage is evaluated according to the installation environment.
An internet connection is not required for local measurement and USB/CSV export to a PC. Wi-Fi and suitable service access are required for uploads to the TSI Link cloud. In surveys logged via the Smart Station, Bluetooth connection to modules must be maintained; standalone logging support depends on the module and survey type.
You can share the gases, particulate, and ambient parameters you wish to monitor, along with measurement points and reporting requirements, with NOVEL. The module kit, software/service access, and supply availability for Turkey are evaluated based on this information.
Technical specifications and visuals have been prepared based on the TSI product page, the 2026 OmniTrak specification sheet, and the user manual. Specifications vary depending on module and software version. Supply availability and service access for Turkey can be confirmed with NOVEL.
