Dust collection efficiency meets ACGIH/ISO/CEN standards with 50% cut-point efficiency values for 4μ dust at 1.7 LPM flow. - Meets NIOSH 0600, 7500, 7501, 7601, 7602 and OSHA standards. - Due to its conductivity properties, dust does not adhere to the walls from electrostatic charge. - Thanks to its ultra-lightweight design, it poses no burden to the wearer: clip on and forget.

Aluminium Cyclone Heads The Aluminium Cyclone Head is designed to sample respirable dust using a 25mm or 37mm filter cassette and a suitable filter. Dust collection efficiency meets ACGIH/ISO/CEN standards with 50% cut-point efficiency values for 4μ dust at 2.5 LPM flow. - Meets NIOSH 0600 respirable particulate and NIOSH 7500 crystalline silica standards - External contamination is prevented due to static-dissipative conductivity - Designed for the most demanding field conditions, causing no field issues thanks to its lightweight and rugged construction.

Thoracic Cyclone Heads The Higgins-Dewell Aluminium Cyclone Head is designed to sample respirable dust using a 37mm cassette and an appropriate filter. Dust collection efficiency satisfies ACGIH and NIOSH thoracic sampling standards with 50% cut-point values for 10μ dust at 1.6 LPM flow, and also ACGIH and NIOSH respirable dust sampling standards with 50% cut-point values for 4μ dust at 4.2 LPM flow. - Meets NIOSH and OSHA dust sampling standards. - Lightweight design, easily portable structure. - Compatible with 37mm or 25mm cassettes.

Higgins-Dewell Cyclone Heads The Higgins-Dewell Aluminium Cyclone Head is designed to sample respirable dust using a 37mm cassette and an appropriate filter. For the European version of this cyclone head, collection efficiency meets MDHS 14/3 (UK) respirable dust sampling standards with 50% cut-point values for 5μ dust at 2.0 LPM flow. Use with Glass Fibre or MCE filters is recommended according to this method. For the US version, collection efficiency meets NIOSH respirable dust sampling standards with 50% cut-point values for 4μ dust at 2.2 LPM flow. Use with 37mm, 5 micron PVC filters and a 37mm 3-piece cassette is recommended according to this method.
