The cGas Detector is a digital gas detection instrument that can be equipped with single or dual gas sensors, offering a cost-effective and flexible solution with specialised sensor combinations and high functionality options. It is ideal for monitoring toxic, flammable, and refrigerant gases in commercial and light industrial applications.
It can be easily integrated with a control system or building automation system via BACnet® or Modbus® connection options. Thanks to true Plug & Play Smart Sensor technology, it enables quick and practical sensor replacement using pre-calibrated sensors.
Operating on 24 VDC or grounded AC, the cGas Detector is equipped with features such as an LCD screen, thermal protection, thermal fuses, and firmware field-upgradeable via USB. It optionally offers humidity and temperature monitoring, low-temperature operation, dry contact (relay) output, and IP-certified water resistance protection.
The cGas Gas Detection Detector features a hinged and lockable ABS/polycarbonate enclosure that is splash- and dust-resistant as well as corrosion-resistant. With an IP54 rating provided by an optional factory-fitted splash guard kit, it delivers extra protection against high external ambient humidity, washdowns, or water splashes.
